About me

Vince is an established physical therapy clinician in Kelowna, BC.  He practices with special interest in Temporomandibular Joint dysfunction, orofacial pain, spinal disorders, and headache. Over the last 20 years, he has developed his expertise in Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Physical Therapy, Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS), chronic pain, functional rehabilitation, and exercise management.

Vince trained at the University of Saskatchewan, and completed degrees in 1999 (Bachelor of Science Anatomy) and 2001 (Bachelor of Science Physical Therapy, School of Physical Therapy, College of Medicine). Other formal education includes Advanced Diploma of Manual and Manipulative Physical Therapy, 2005, and Certificate in Gunn Intramuscular Stimulation, 2005. Vince is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT) and Instructor and Clinical Mentor with the National Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.

Vince is currently the Okanagan Director for the PABC Board of Directors. He has also been active with the Orthopaedic Division of CPA for several years.  He has served several years on the Saskatchewan Section of the Orthopaedic Division as Treasurer.  He has served six years on the National Orthopaedic Division, as Treasurer, Chair, and Past Chair. He is the recipient of the Continuing Physical Therapy Education, Award of Merit in 2014 (Saskatoon, SK), awarded the Canadian Physiotherapy Association National Mentorship Award in 2020, and honoured by the Canadian Physiotherapy Association with a Medal of Distinction 2021. 

It has been Vince’s desire to serve his community no matter where.  His pathway has been shaped through collaboration and mentorship.  To reciprocate what has been provided for him, he teaches in his field of practice and enjoys taking on a mentorship role for all levels of practicing physiotherapist and current physical therapy students.
