Why physio works

Having been injured in sports I have experienced the benefits of physiotherapy in restoring normal movement. I am fascinated by functional anatomy and the powerful enabling tool of recruiting muscles and mobilizing joints. By applying my skills and knowledge I encourage clients to participate in the rehab process to improve their quality of life. Being involved in this process is one of the best things that ever happened to me.
