Gareth Milligan

I am a clinical physiotherapist with over 22 years of experience in private clinics and hospital settings. I am credentialed in McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) and I am a Certified Hand Therapist(CHT).   I am passionate about helping clients reach their goals and their highest potential physically.  Along with the treatment I physically provide to the client, I believe that educating clients is one of the most important roles of a physiotherapist as it helps create independence and reduce anxiety and fear.  The client and I work together to reach the client's goals in as short of period as possible.
