Take care of your body right in the year following the pregnancy: retrain your breathing pattern, posture, lower abdominals, pelvic floor muscles closer to what they were before the pregnancy. It might help prevent issues at menaupose such as organ prolapse or incontinence. This is what I like to do: make a difference long term!
