Tara Lazarski

Born and raised in Hamilon, ON I completed all my education at McMaster University. I am currenlty living and working on the North Shore. My job as the lead therapist with Cycling Canada finds me in all sorts of places around the world. When I am in town and working in the clinic I see all types of injuries, using manual therapy, needling, and exercise perscription to get people back up and moving. I have advanced education in Sports Physiotheray, manual therapy, acupuncture, dry needling, vestibular rehab, and Retul Bike Fitting.
