About me

I’ve been a practicing physiotherapist for over 20 years and during that time I’ve helped many people recover from injuries and discover their own strength. I pride myself on continuing to grow my knowledge and expertise in the field and after dealing with some challenging injuries myself, I now know how important it is to ensure you feel powerful, resilient and capable in your body.

I take an active approach to rehab and always aim to include exercise into the process. My background in yoga, Pilates and strength training helps ensure you come back from injury feeling stronger than before. I’m passionate about bridging the gap between rehab to fitness and will help you find a way to modify movement and activity to meet your body where it's at.

Every patient I work with, it’s my goal to ensure that we are working together to develop a plan that will meet your needs and goals. No two people are alike and neither is your treatment!

I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey back to better health.
