About me

Sarah completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario. She continued her studies at the University of British Columbia, where she graduated with her Master’s in Physical Therapy.

She believes her clients are the driving force behind their own recovery. Her goal is to provide them with the necessary tools and hands on treatment to get them back to their active lifestyles!

Sarah enjoys working with all clients, but over the past few years her passion has shifted to concussion management and rehabilitation. As a self proclaimed “Concussion Nerd,” she is always staying up to date on what the latest research is supporting for post concussion syndrome recovery in order to incorporate it into her own practice. Sarah loves the art and science behind concussion rehab and has seen first hand the life changing difference targeted and specific rehab can make for her clients. She makes sure to take advantage of the incredible team available at Catalyst to maximize her client’s recovery. She firmly believes that you can continue to get better, even if your concussion was years ago. The brain and nervous system are incredible things!

Clinical pilates is another rehab tool she integrates into her practice. It is remarkable how the pilates reformer can transform your ability to move and brings a new awareness to your body’s muscle activation and movement control. Clinical pilates on the reformer has opened the door for full body strengthening in a completely new way for her and her clients!

Outside of the clinic, you can find her chasing her 3 young kids, taking a pilates class, or enjoying a nice glass of BC wine!
