I grew up in Fort St. James, a small town in Northern BC. I worked as a forest firefighter for 7 seasons and learned how important physical fitness is in injury prevention. My undergraduate degree is from UNBC in Prince George. I then studied PT at UBC in Vancouver as part of the Northern and Rural Cohort. I now live, work and play in Prince George. I enjoy problem solving to help people get back to what they love and I like all aspects of hospital PT including acute, rehab and outpatient care. I love working with our team at UHNBC and appreciate the mentorship available. I am also on the Public Practice Advisory Committee for PABC where I get to work with an amazing group of PTs to promote public practice Physiotherapy. For fun, I am often out walking our two border collies, golfing or mountain biking.
