Nikolic
Nikolina graduated from the UBC Masters of Physical Therapy program in 2016 and has worked as a Physiotherapist in Prince George. She moved to Cranbrook in the summer of 2019 to explore the Kootenays and enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle.
Nikolina has a strong interest in orthopaedic physiotherapy and pelvic floor physiotherapy. She has taken several post-graduate courses to advance her training in both of these areas, including Level 1-3 Pelvic Health training through Pelvic Health solutions, the Sports Thorax, and the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy of the Lumbar Spine.
Nikolina treats the prenatal and postpartum population, as well as individuals living with bladder, bowel and sexual dysfunction. She provides a caring and compassionate environment and uses a variety of manual therapy techniques, education, and exercise prescription to help her Clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
In her spare time, Nikolina enjoys hiking, mountain biking, skiing, snowshoeing, weightlifting, going to farmer’s markets, and experimenting with new cooking and baking recipes.
