Michael White

Michael has 35 years of orthopaedic experience and has been working as a Physiotherapist on the North Shore for 29 years. Michael holds a post-graduate certificate in Medical Acupuncture from the University of Alberta. He lectures at UBC in the field of gait analysis and orthotic prescription and is experienced in the evaluation and fabrication of custom braces for knees and elbows. Michael recently opened a third clinic on the North Shore called Canopy Integrated Health (www.canopyhealth.ca). He opened Village Physiotherapy (www.villagephysio.ca) in 1991 and  Kinetic Rehabilitation Centre (www.kineticrehab.ca) in 2008 - where you can book an appointment with him by calling 604-987-7644. Canopy fulfills one of Michael's professional ambitions of opening a high quality mulit-professional health care facility. Michael is an active sport enthusiast - participating and coaching squash, rugby, distance running, and skiing.
