Lauren Rex

Lauren (she/her) attained a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia in 2018, and has also completed a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from UBC Okanagan. She is a member of the Canadian Society of Hand Therapists and is working under the mentorship of her colleague, Nicole Hart, to become a certified hand therapist.

Lauren utilizes an education and exercise focused approach to recovery for both her hand therapy and general physiotherapy clients. Providing you the information and exercises you need to manage your injury effectively is Lauren’s priority. She hopes you leave each session feeling empowered, and aims to make you laugh along the way.

Outside of the clinic, Lauren lives on the unceded territory of the Lekwungen people. In her spare time, Lauren loves cycling and surfing, as well as playing the drums. She also enjoys spending time outside with her partner and their dog, Vesper.
