I am currently the Co-Owner and practicing Physiotherapist at Creekside Physio in Kimberley, BC. In addition to a BSc in Physiotherapy from the University of Saskatchewan in 2004, I completed a BSc in Physiology in 2001. I am a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT). Other designations include: Certificate in Gunn Intramuscular Stimulation (CGIMS) in 2012, Certificate in Acupuncture with the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute (AFCI) in 2006 and numerous post-graduate orthopaedic courses including: Certificate in Spinal Manual Therapy at Curtin University in Perth, Australia; Level 2 Orthopedics, and Muscle Energy (MET) of the thoracic spine and rib cage; Level 1 FMS, Progressive Goal Attainment Planning (PGAP), and education with Pain BC for persistent pain management.
I maintain an active mountain lifestyle with my husband Carson and my two boys, Ben and Eddie. I enjoy golfing, skiing, running and family hikes in and around the beautiful peaks and valleys of the East Kootenays.
