Jeremy McAllister graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. For the majority of the time since then, he practiced at Fraser Valley Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Centre in Chilliwack, BC. His practice and experience are extensive including: orthopaedic and sports injury treatment, orthopaedic manual therapy, gait analysis, industrial rehabilitation, and functional capacity evaluation. Over the past 20 years, Jeremy has also developed a practice in custom knee bracing and foot orthotic prescription. Jeremy is carrying on this practice as well as continuing to see former and new physiotherapy clients at a new clinic in Chilliwack, BC - FusionPhysio.
In addition to his clinical role, Jeremy completed a Masters in Health Administration at the University of British Columbia in 2014. It was during this program that he became passionate about the application of eHealth initiatives such to the practice of physiotherapy. In addition to his clinic manager role, he is eHealth manager for the Physiotherapy Association of British Columbia. He is also working with UBC as the Program Manager for the Program for Excellence in Telerehabilitation Education and Research (PETER).
When not involved in work, Jeremy loves to spend time with his wife and 3 crazy children, as well as build, landscape, play a bit of guitar here and there.
