About me

My treatment approach reflects the concept that movement is medicine. I use primarily active (exercise) therapy to help people prevent and recover from injuries, and meet their full functional potential. When needed, I supplement active therapy with passive manual therapy, including stretching techniques, dry needling and cupping, to increase range of motion and promote neuromuscular connection. As an active person who skis, climbs, mountain bikes and kayaks, I know how important it is to stay active, and to to continue to be able to do the activities that we love to do.
