About me

Fraser Sprigings [BScPT, CAFCI]

Fraser graduated as a physiotherapist from the University of Saskatchewan in 2001. In 2003, he became certified in Acupuncture.  Fraser moved to Revelstoke in 2009.

Fraser previously worked at the Orthopedic In-Take Clinic with Dr. Mark Heard and Dr. Laurie Hiemstra, who specialize in knee and shoulder surgery in Banff, Alberta. He has consulted for The Association of Canadian Mountain Guides, Canadian Avalanche Association, Canadian Triathlon Junior National Team, Alberta Ballet and Parks Canada. Fraser’s ample experience with Physiotherapy creates a trusting and motivational environment for clients.

As an avid athlete, his adventures – between several of his own injuries – have been captured in the pages of Alpinist, Powder, Backcountry and Kootenay Mountain Culture Magazine.
