About me

Let’s get you back in the game - starting today!

I have the fortune of having worked in sport and performance medicine for the past decade. I am currently the acting Head Therapist with the Vancouver Warriors lacrosse team, and consultant and therapist for other athletes and sporting organizations.

My education is highlighted by some of the highest levels of post-secondary education; a Diploma of Sport Physiotherapy and a Master of Clinical Sciences from the distinguished program at Western University.

The last 7 years of my practice has been focused on the care of the athlete/team – developing programs focused on return to play, creation and execution of athlete screening (sport-specific) and speaking to numerous practitioners and colleagues on the management of athlete rehab. This experience combined with my work in professional and elite sporting cultures help me to provide exceptional holistic care for my clients.

I continue to set my bar high – and strive toward my next stage of enlightenment. I will be a forever student and pride myself in providing appropriate knowledge translation to my clients.
