I have always had a passion for sports, having played competitive hockey for over 8 years. Through this, I have seen the life-changing impact that physiotherapy can have. I now hope to provide this same care by enabling my clients to reach their unique and diverse goals.

I help others reach their full potential by providing individualized treatment through manual therapy, education, and person-centered exercises as I believe that every person is unique. I enjoy working with all injuries but have a particular interest in working with shoulder and knee injuries.

​Outside the clinic, you can find me playing hockey, hiking, weight lifting, or running around town!
