About me
With 20 years of work experience I am confident treating all types of orthopaedic problems and all body areas. I have a particular interest in biomechanical problems of the lower body and see a high proportion of complex hip and pelvis issues. I am a serious recreational runner and enjoy helping runners conquer their training goals. I have practiced yoga for 10 years and in 2012 completed a 200 hour Yoga Instructor Certification course. I have been teaching yoga to beginners and intermediate students, many with recovering injuries since January 2013 and I love it!
