Hi there! I grew up in small-town northern Alberta and graduated from the University of Alberta in 2001 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy. I've worked with older adults my entire career, primarily in hospital and long-term-care settings. I have experience working with clients who have a wide variety of acute and chronic orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
I use a client-centered, fitness-forward approach to help my clients reach their goals. I am passionate about helping older adults build and maintain strength, balance, endurance, mobility, function and independence, in fun and meaningful ways.
Besides spending time with my husband and three kids, I enjoy staying active with yoga, Pilates, and hiking in the beautiful North Shore mountains. I also love listening to and making music, and have been known to coax my clients into dancing with me on occasion!
