About me

Amanda’s passion for movement and eagerness to help others has united perfectly for her role as a physiotherapist. In the clinic, she works closely with her patients to achieve their goals. She uses her specialized education, training, and 10 years of experience to create an individualized treatment plan for her clients. You can expect focused, one-on-one treatment, specific exercises, and education. Empowering patients to reach their goals is at the forefront of Amanda’s treatment model. Whether your goal is to optimize function, decrease pain, prevent injuries, or improve athletic performance, Amanda is happy to work with, and encourage, you along your physiotherapy journey.

Amanda graduated from the Master of Physical Therapy program at UBC after completing her Bachelors of Human Kinetics at UBC. Since graduation, Amanda has taken numerous additional courses to enhance her skill set as a physiotherapist. She enjoys using the ConnectTherapy™model within her treatment sessions, which emphasizes a holistic, whole body approach to rehabilitation. In addition, advanced techniques such as Visceral Manipulation, Neural Manipulation, and Functional Dry Needling (FDN/IMS) are incorporated into her practice to enhance treatment outcome.
