I graduated from Queen's University in Ontario in 2017 with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. Since graduating I have completed her level 1 manual therapy certification and is working toward her certification in acupuncture. With a background in health promotion as my undergraduate degree, I use physiotherapy as an outlet for preventative primary care, or “prehab”. My treatment philosophy focuses on correcting improper movement patterns through joint mobility, muscle strengthening and patient education. I have a special interests in concussion management and running rehabilitation/assessments.
In addition to physiotherapy, I spend most of my spare time in the outdoors downhill, backcountry or cross-country skiing, backpacking, canoeing, mountain biking and trail running.
