I am a practitioner of 23 years with a broad background in musculoskeletal and neuromuscular rehabilitation, working with children, youth and adults in multiple settings. I have pursued advanced training in exercise prescription and manual therapy, acupuncture and dry needling, vestibular rehabilitation and running injuries. My passions are helping people move most efficiently to achieve their goals and perform their best whether that be in daily activities, recreation or performance sports. I have worked for the past two years in community cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation and in management of chronic diseases.
I am committed to continuing professional development and advancing evidenced based physiotherapy to attain the goals we share with our clients. I am licensed to provide acupuncture and integrate it with my advanced clinical skills in exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular retraining and vestibular therapy. I am a Clinical Instructor with UBC Department of Physical Therapy and act as a preceptor in the Masters of PT program.
