Born and raised in Merritt BC, TJ completed her Bachelors of Human Kinetics at UBCO in Kelowna BC before receiving her Masters of Science in Physiotherapy in 2020 at Sheffield Hallam University in the UK.
She has experience working with all ages and populations including but not limited to chronic pain, acute musculoskeletal injuries, sports related injuries and ICBC/MVA injuries.
She has experience working with all ages and populations including but not limited to chronic pain, acute musculoskeletal injuries, sports related injuries and ICBC/MVA injuries. TJ has experience working within the CJFL, CSSHL, BC High School Sports and plans to further continue her sports physiotherapy experience and certificates.
TJ has a keen interest in sports related injuries, using evidenced based practice, pain education and active rehabilitation. She is certified in TrP-DN (IMS) via Acupuncture Canada. TJ offers services in both English and Punjabi. When she isn't working, you can typically find TJ spending time with her family, playing a game of soccer or basketball or volunteering with youth sports.
