We are looking for a registered physical therapist ready to take the next step in their career to take on a leadership role within our team. Our ideal candidate has some leadership experience in clinical operations and people management, but we are willing to train for the right fit.
Key Objectives:
- Provides leadership to the clinical team
- Clinician mentorship & support
- Responsible for implementation of operational policies and procedures as they pertain to clinician metrics & outcomes
- Community Outreach
- Ensures outcomes are in line with organization’s mission, vision, values and goals.

Compensation is a combination of % commission + hourly pay for your CD hours. Bonuses available as well as a future buy-in opportunity for the right candidate.
