Foundation Rehab is a multidisciplinary rehab clinic that offers physical therapy and massage therapy located in beautiful Campbell River. We are very lucky to have a gorgeous 4200 sqft space with an amazing and supportive community. We focus on providing active rehab that includes focusing on mobility, strength, and pain relief. We treat clients in a one on one environment and strive to build all of our clients from the ground up to help them get strong and resilient.
