Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for ICBC, WSBC and Private Clients
- Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to enhance patient recovery and mobility and regain their abilities.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and wellness strategies as appropriate.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care and maintain continuum of care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.
Qualifications:
- Valid license to practice physiotherapy from CPTBC.
- Proven experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
