The British Medical Journal (BMJ) released a free infographic encouraging exercise during COVID social isolation.
They note a 30% decrease in physical activity and a 30% increase in sitting time.
BMJ recommends getting 30 minutes of physical activity, three times a week. Don’t be intimidated, this includes going for a morning walk and even doing chores that require physical movement.
