The BC Physiotherapy Conference, held at the Manteo at Eldorado Resort in Kelowna, was a huge success. Attendees were treated to keynote presentations from Antony Lo and Jackie Whittaker, two experts in their field, along with a fantastic lineup of breakout sessions aimed at helping them adapt to an ever-changing world.
The conference also featured an annual awards ceremony to celebrate membership and recognize outstanding achievements in the field of physiotherapy. It was a great opportunity for attendees to network and connect with colleagues from across the province.
After the conference, attendees had the chance to relax and unwind on a wine tour, where they were able to sample some of the best local wines under the Kelowna sun. It was the perfect way to end a day filled with learning and networking.
For those looking to continue their education, post-conference workshops were held on April 30th and May 1st. Antony Lo delivered his international workshop The Female Athlete, while Jean-Francois Esculier delivered his fantastic Diagnosis & Treatment: Lower Limb Injuries workshop.
Overall, the BC Physiotherapy Conference was a fantastic event that brought together physiotherapy professionals from across the province to learn, network, and have fun in the sun.
We can't wait to see you at the next one!
