About me

Growing up in North Vancouver, I was a multi-sport athlete and competed at a high level in both lacrosse and hockey. Neither of those sports are particularly kind to the body, but they did gift me with my own injury and rehab experiences that helped drive me toward physiotherapy. I completed UBC’s Master of Physical Therapy program in 2017, after having previously graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology from UBC in 2014. Clinically, my primary interests are in orthopedic and neurological conditions, two areas which I believe pair well when it comes to understanding human movement.

Outside of the clinic I’ll happily play any sport put in front of me, but I spend the bulk of my time and energy on hockey, golf, and weight-training. I’ve made lengthy trips to Europe, Peru, and Liberia, and plan to continue to explore the world as my schedule allows. My other interests include touring the numerous craft breweries around the Greater Vancouver area, exploring and camping all over the Pacific Northwest, and fishing in one of our local rivers or lakes.
