Wave Physiotherapy opened in January 2011 with Greg Redman and Martha Sirdevan. Since then have grown to include Patrick Dessaulles, Melissa Dessaulles, Jessica Deglau, Tara Kramer, Eric Wong, Danielle Turcotte, Joel Leathem, Kjersti Malinsky and Andrew Van Horen.
Our therapists have the highest post graduate training possible and have worked at 9 Olympic Games with the Canadian Olympic Team. They are the Team physios for Golf Canada, Freestyle Ski Canada and Canoe Kayak Canada. Our therapists are Clinical Specialists in Sport Physiotherapy, Fellows of the Canadian Academy in Manipulative Physiotherapy and Diplomas in Manual Therapy.
We aim to provide a personalized, client centered and team approach to care. Our physiotherapists do a comprehensive individual assessment for each client aimed at determining the root of the problem. We listen to our clients to determine their specific treatment goals. We focus on patient education during these assessments by explaining the nature of the injuries, the treatment approach, the prognosis and prevention of reoccurrence. We communicate openly our findings and progress with all the members of our client’s health care team, from their doctor to massage therapist.
Hours: Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm
Your extended health care plan may cover full or partial costs of physiotherapy treatment. We also treat Sport Centre athletes, ICBC, DND, and RCMP patients.
