Postural Reconstruction is a technique from France (originally the Mezieres Method). This approach can be defined as a set of techniques designed to normalize the state of excitability of the postural muscle. By re-balancing muscular tone, often pain is reduced, joint dysfunction improved and postural distortions also improved.
