About me

My passion is giving people the freedom to do the activities they love from a high level sporting event to a hobby. I've been lucky enough to have an active lifestyle my whole life growing up doing many sports and outdoor activities on the North Shore and Whistler.

My core treatment principles are honesty and self efficacy - empowering you to achieve your goals. I primarily use exercise therapy, education and goal setting as core treatments and also use manual therapy and other modalities (taping, electrical stimulation, shockwave etc.) as needed in order to make progress. I have special interests in chronic pain treatment, concussion and vestibular rehabilitation.
