ConnectTherapy™ Series, Vancouver, 2022

Dr. Linda-Joy Lee Teaching

“Modern Physiotherapy”

Do you want to learn how to help your patients more effectively?

Do you want to have ways to assess & treat the thoracic spine and ribcage in a functional, 3-dimensional way that teaches you how to progress exercises and training for this important region?

You know that bio and psycho and social are all connected, but how do you figure out what the most efficient treatment pathway is for each individual patient? Do you want to learn a robust diagnostic system to figure out where in the body the true cause of your patients’ symptoms lies?

Come join Dr LJ Lee on the ConnectTherapy™ Series this September 2022.

Here’s what the 2021 class is saying:

"I have already recommended it to quite a few colleagues. I feel as if I am learning "modern" physiotherapy. I don't think there is another course out there that can teach you how to treat the whole person so effectively. They say you should go learn from the best, as they have already made all the mistakes and figured things out. We are so lucky as a profession that we have someone like LJ who is willing to share her knowledge and process so we can help as many people as possible!"  J.Browne, Saskatoon, S.K

On this course, you’ll learn LJ’s innovative Thoracic Ring Approach™ - the 3-dimensional, neuromuscular approach to assessing and treating the thoracic spine and ribcage. You’ll learn the difference between sympathetic sensitization and central sensitization, and how treating & training Drivers changes the nervous system.

You’ll learn the whole body, whole person ConnectTherapy assessment & treatment framework, which teaches you how to integrate knowledge from all sources and make wise clinical decisions. You’ll learn how to clinically reason each patient’s unique presentation and determine the underlying influences & Drivers for the patient’s presenting problems. This simplifies your treatment planning.

You’ll learn new skills, and how to take all the tools you have in your toolbox and put them together in an organized framework that simplifies and illustrates the connections between all regions and systems of the body and integrate psychosocial features to treat the whole person by “Finding the Drivers” for the person’s problem.

The ConnectTherapy™ Series consists of 16 days of virtual and in-class learning, spread out over 3 parts. Our course format breaks each of the 3 Parts of the Series into a Virtual and In-Person course, giving you six learning opportunities with LJ & the Assisting Team. In between Parts you will have access to online videos and support for your learning process.

The ConnectTherapy Series empowers you with new ways to assess and treat your patients, integrates the science from multiple fields with clinical expertise to figure out how to most efficiently and effectively treat your patients. It is a course that will illuminate new possibilities for growth and change.
