Lyndie graduated with a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from UBC and followed this with a Bachelor of Physical Therapy with Distinction from the University of Otago, New Zealand where she earned the following honors: Top student in Neuro-rehab placement, cardiopulmonary placement and top undergrad student. Prior to entering physiotherapy, Lyndie worked as a Kinesiologist in Vancouver private practice clinics along with home support.
Lyndie was a Ski racer in Alberta and Ski Patroller on Cypress and Whistler mountains for almost a decade and those experiences have helped her understand the focus, discipline, and motivation needed to maintain the health needed to perform at a safe and competitive level. In her spare time, Lyndie is an avid hiker, mountain biker, backcountry skier and is always excited to have the opportunities to pursue these activies and more on the beautiful Westcoast of Canada. Lyndie is also pursuing Animal rehabilitation. You'll find Lyndie in the mountains with her dog Slinky when she's not pursuing her Physiotherapy career.
