Iyad Salloum

Iyad is a registered physiotherapist with a Masters of Physical Therapy and a Bachelors of Science in Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. As a lifelong learner, Iyad is constantly diving into the latest research to provide the highest caliber of care for his clients. Iyad’s treatment philosophy centers on integrating the musculoskeletal and nervous systems through the use of pain science, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and dry needling. Iyad is certified in intramuscular stimulation (IMS).

Iyad is very passionate about the role of physiotherapy across the sport of soccer from injury prevention to rehabilitation. During his internship with the Whitecaps FC 2 team, he was afforded a great opportunity to develop work across a variety of injuries and conditions from early to advanced stages. He remains engaged in the sporting world through his work with the BC Thunder Ringette team in the NRL.

Iyad has an interest in treating peripheral nerve related pain conditions and has completed extensive training in the area.
