Henry has graduated from Simon Fraser University in 2016, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Physiology. He is extremely passionate about the conceptual framework underlying neuromuscular movement control, rehabilitation of motor functioning, and the correlation between exercise-induced rehabilitation and the rate of recovery that is specific to each individual. As a PT Student, he strives to encourage patients to ask questions while also providing pertinent information in regards to the exercise program, as well as the rationale and physiological benefits of being consistent and staying active.
He is currently studying physiotherapy in UBC and is expected to graduate in 2021.
Henry not only enjoys being outdoors tackling activities such as hiking and long-distance running but is also an active fitness enthusiast using the theories learned during his undergraduate career to construct dynamic workout routines. He also enjoys reading in his spare time and is able to speak English and Cantonese.
