Rich Gafter is a BCAK Practising Kinesiologist, Level 2 KLT functional strength coach and the KLT course instructor. Rich has been trained by KLT creator and Australian Sports Physiotherapist, Wayne Rogers to teach the Canadian course. Rich is a kinesiologist, certified and highly experienced workshop and seminar leader, exercise rehabilitation specialist, personal training business owner and fitness coach with 25 years experience in the health and fitness industries.
For 10 years, he has been the medical exercise program director and senior kinesiologist for MedEx Personal Training and Wellness Centre Ltd. in Victoria, BC (Canada) and has personally conducted over 50,000 one-on-one sessions. He has been a presenter and guest lecturer at national men's health conferences, personal growth weekend seminars, community associations and private clubs. Rich has a special interest in functional strength training, occupational and sports conditioning. He has a strong belief in facilitating the development of optimal performance through progressive personal empowerment.
With an ability and passion to convert complex health, fitness rehabilitation concepts into vitalized messages and clear strategies, he has become a reliable and popular resource and presenter for personal health, best practices, business systems and personal training success. Course Creator: Wayne Rodgers - Australian Sports Physiotherapist
Wayne is an Australian APA sports physiotherapist and KLT functional strength coach with 28 years experience in health and fitness. He has been a sports physiotherapist for several national and international sports teams (Australian Commonwealth Games team, Australian Netball team). Formerly a senior physiotherapist at Olympic Park Sports Medicine Centre in Melbourne, he is currently the senior sports physiotherapist at Sunshine Coast Sports Physiotherapy in Queensland Australia and is on the advisory committee for the development of the Masters in Sports Medicine program at Melbourne University.
