What is a Primary Healthcare Network?

A primary healthcare network (PCN) is a clinical network of providers in a geographic area where patients receive expanded, comprehensive care. 

The BC healthcare system is on a multi-year journey to re-shape primary care. The goal is to transform our current traditional system, scattered and siloed, into a robust and integrated one that better serves British Columbians.
